Hello PP Sapperu2019s,
I have an issue when I convert planned order to production order I am getting the below error message,
The date 9,222 is not convertible (please correct)
Regarding the same it has been discussed in SDN earlier and got the link,
http://forums.sdn.sap.com/thread.jspa?threadID=1374352
But in my case I have checked my planned order and it has no link with planning calendar which I have referred in mast. data tab in MD13.Hence requesting the forum member to support me to resolve this case.
Similar issue it is appearing for almost 60% of planned orders.
Need any input from me please revert back.

hello
check your date in system.
Whihc date you are refering pls be specific
any updates?
Hi,
I got the same problem several day ago.
I also go to SCAL and extend calendar but this error still exists.
I then revert back to purchase order of it. And I realize that there is 1 order item which has date of December of 2012. >"<.
I correct it. And the error disappears.
Please check the related MRP element if maintaining on SCAL does not work. :).
Hope it helpful for u!
Hello
This error message usually indicates that there is an inconsistency on a date, which usually means a date outside the factory calendar validity.
It may be a planning element date, a date on the work center, a date on the material master or even in customizing.
As you pointed that the issue happens when you are trying to convert the planned order to production order, I would suggest you to check if there isn't any date on the planned or either in the work center that is outside the factory calendar validity.
You can also check the following note which provides instructions to analyze this error:
204127 - MRP: Error 61060 /1 /...2 - which element?
As already pointed, the easiest solution would be to extend the factory calendar validity. You should check not only the plant factory calendar but also it there is any other factory calendar assigned to the work center.

Hello All,
Thanks for your valuable inputs.
As i mentined earlier i have my factory calendar whihc is having validity date till 2015 year.I also checkd my planned order and reqmt date, order finsh and order start dates,Plnd open date,Available for plng date every thing falls in year 2012 only but still i got this error. Please let me know how to resolve this case.

dear friend,
i suggest you need to delete this planned order (MD12) and create a new one (re-run MRP or use MD11 directly)
if you need a "mass" deletion use MD16. For 'mass' recreation use MD01
good luck!
p.s. Just in case make sure you planning config is set up correctly, also check out the master data (MRP1-MRP4 views) as well
Please let me know why i need to delete the current planned orders and need to recreate one.Could you please give me the justification for this.Because i have more than 240 planned orders with the same issue.

Hi Kumar,
For the last couple of Days I was also trying to help you by recreating the same error.
But failed in achieving the same error.
But, couple of findings, which may be helpful..
1. I tried to Create a Planned Order almost at the end of the Factory Calendar end date.
So successfully I can input the dates.
2. Updated the Planned Order - GR Processing Tiem as 999.
Now at the time of conversion of planned order to Production Order, I could not save the Order, The error was: Date cannot be converted into the internal format.
It means, I tried to do some simulation close your case, but not the exacty one.
Now:
1. Check all the planned Orders which are close the your factory calendar end date
2. unrealistic GR Processing Time
3. Any other values..
You can check this with the Table : PLAF.
Good luck..
Regards,
Siva
Hi Shivkumar,
Thanks fro your efforts.
I have chekced my planned order and where the Planned Order is not at the end of the Factory Calendar end date.
I also veirifed couple of planned order where i have check the matertails whihc has inhouse prnd time and the materail whihc has GR processing time none are having the days as u mentioned 999.But it was strange for me but still the above error came. What i have done is i have extend my factory calendar and now the issue is resloved.
But basicailly i need 2 clarificaiotn here,
1.After factory calender extension this issue got solved but pls justofy why it needs to be extend
2.How the dates 9,222 are getting arrived. Is it theu userexit or any function module whihc derive this date.Pls let me know the calculation formula to derive this date 9,222.
Please clear my above doubts if you have time to llok in to this.
Sincerly
