for that employee please check the payroll status field PDC recalculation
time evaluation running from this date only. if you want to run the time evaluation for the 01.04.2012 to 31.03.2013
then PDC recalculation field should be 01.04.2012. so please check that field and try running the time evaluation after changing the date in field PDC recalculation in payroll status.

Some where in PCR business you used "ADDDBxxxx-" or "Addmbxxxx-" which time type updating Absence Quotas. So, check business in Schema where it is going as zero.
Need to check Generation rule for Absence Quotas also, In case validity of Quotas calender year then not required initialize as "zero"

Time evaluation i am running only on 31.03.2012 to 31.03.2012 so that i can get the previous year balance data in time types. After that from 01.04.2012 to 31.03.2013 i will run time evaluation with other PCRs where in quota will be generated and will be carry forwarded.

Instead of "Leave" use "Colop*" and try...
Check in Saldo where is getting absence Quota entitlement value as "zero"

Dear Consultant,
I want to get the balance of the Leave Quotas as on 31.03.2012 to the Time Types on 01.04.2012, with out running the time evaluation on 31.03.2012, as it is making the balances Zero. Bcoz till 31.03.2012 what ever the balances are there in Quotas are maintained with diff configuration and one type of quota is maitained manually and uploaded by table level.
Is there any possibility to get those balances on 01.04.2012 as i want to run time evaluation form 01.04.02012 only so that it will not touch the time evalauation results till 31.03.2012.
Pls also let me know the diff between LEAVE and COLOP*
