Dump en RP190E0 al aplicar nota 1599687 - New Model 111 for tax reporting

Buenas tardes,

Tras aplicar la nota 1599687 - New Model 111 for tax reporting, al ejecutar el RPC190E0 con las opciones para los modelos 110/111, el programa da un DUMP como este:

Errores tiempo ejec.   LOAD_PROGRAM_NOT_FOUND

Excepción              CX_SY_PROGRAM_NOT_FOUND

¿Qué ha sucedido?                                                               

    There are several possibilities:                                                                               

Error in the ABAP Application Program                                                                               

The current ABAP program "SAPLHRPADPAL00" had to be terminated because it has

    come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.              

    or Error in the SAP kernel.                                                                               

The current ABAP "SAPLHRPADPAL00" program had to be terminated because the  

    ABAP processor detected an internal system error.                           

No sé si a alguien más le habrá pasado lo mismo. Ya he buscado y escrito una nota.

He visto que la nota 1599687 tiene efectos colaterales y existe una para solucionarlos, pero no se puede acceder.

Edito: El nivel de parches del cliente está en el 59.
