we use the service profile and the response profile to calculate the SLA -Times in service requests (escalation time).
This escalation time is for example 120 Minutes after creation time or 30 Minutes, or 60 Minutes, ...
Now i created a BW report and i have all the timestamps in there. But i do not have this value 120 Minutes?
Is there a CRM function module or a table which will solve my requirement. I need to read this value in minutes with own coding.

What i´m looking for is to read for one order-guid or order-id of a service request the Escalation time in minutes.
Is there a function module to acchieve this or are there other hinds which might be helpful?
