Business functions of a previous version

Hello All,

Have a quick question regarding the business functions in EhPs. If I implement EhP5 directly, without implementing EhP4, would I still get the business functions that was introduced through EhP4 (such as succession planning in HR)?

Hi Prince,

Yes, as EHP is cummulative where EHP5 will contains all functionality and correction for EHP4, 3 and so on.

  Thanks Nicholas for the prompt response. Another quick one. I understand EhP6 has been released... I am not sure if this version is to be implemented. Which one of the EhPs 4, 5 or 6 would you recommend for implementation.

    EHP6 FOR SAP ERP 6.0 is in Ramp-Up since 11/2011! A Ramp-Up phase
    usually takes six months. So EHP6 should be available for all customers
    around May 2012.
    So unless you wish to join the rampup I would recommend installing EHP5.
