Unfortunately, some 2005 version/PL may not be running under Windows 7 without problem. You need upgrade to new version.

if u r using the 64 bit operating system then u have to keep the add on in C:\Program Files(86)\SAP\SAP Business One\AddOns\
and then try to connect it or else make the add on 64 bit and then try to install it.

Just a heads up addons for 2005 might display properly on a windows vista or 7 machine. Suggest upgrading when possible. I have seen disappearing scroll bars, missing gold arrows, etc.
