Support and implementation is similar to the other projects. The milestones are the same as with any other project.
Generally, in the implementation, you will need to create application set, dimensions, applications, assign the appropriate dimensions to the applications, create security, create script logics / dimension logics to cater to the automation processes, create input schedules / reports, etc.

Support and Implementation projects vary from each other.
In Support project we will be handling the issues that are encountered in BPC. We will be getting tickets / incidents ranging from low to very high, depending upon the SLA's we will need to solve the incidents.
In an Implementation project we will follow the ASAP methodology. Blueprint phase after that the realization or development phase where we will create the BPC objects and the reports / input schedules that are required as per the client's requirement. After the realization phase we will have testing like UAT. Finally Go-live and Production.
