USERS_GEN is not working properly in production system

Hi All

While creating EBP user ID using USERS_GEN in SRM Develop System (By Uploading the script) ID's are getting created without any error, while in Production System(By Uploading the same script) we are getting error as "Eroreneous Organizat. Units: 0000000" although all objects are maintained for the respective Organisation Ids

Please suggest to resolve the issue.
