    Territoy Deletion

    Hello,

     

    During territory creation in SAP CRM 2007,  accidently I created a teritory ID which is already exist. Now there are two identical ID and  not able to delete  one . The error message is the  following -

     

    " Territory USG234 has subordiant territories. Deletion is not possible"

     

    Please suggest what should I do.

      Hi Daivik,

       

      To delete Territory it should not have any subordinate territories.

       

      First delete those subordinate territories. And if those subordinate territories have active rules then u will not be able to delete those either. Though there is a way out of that too.

       

      Let me know if it has active rules under it.
