I'm implementing SSM 7.5. My client has define 4 colours for the status of their KPIs: blue, green, yellow and red.
I know that we can choose between 3 or 5 colours and those colours are already defined.
My question is if I can make some modifications so I can customize the colours according to my client requirements and If so how can I do it???

What you can do is play with the thresholds so that one of the bands is absolutely tiny and the only way the score can land on it is if the values are exactly spot on.
We had this concern at a major client where they wanted to have 4 bands so we made the on target band very, very narrow.
In this instance we set the threshold scores to 105, 100.1, 99.9, 95 for example and changed the status indicators so that the on target and the above target showed the same graphic.
This way they had 4 indicators and the on target and above target were effectively the same thing.
