Have you tried republishing the report? Is it happening with only this report and in all the environment?
What version of Crystal Reports is it?
Only occurs with a few reports.
The Crystal Reports version is 2008 SP3 fix pack 6.
When you say repubishing you mean, from the Crystal Reports client "save as" and leave in the BO repository? Or save the inform in BW via SAP->save inform.

Saving it via BW Publisher - because saving directly to Enterprise won't give you personalization option.

When I try to re-publish in BW i'm getting the following error "Error when trying to open the report"
It occurs when I save from the roles screen.
