Restore Item balance in 8.8 version

Hi Experts,

Is the restore item balance available in the 8.8 version? Because we have client that has an ordered quantity but there are no existing open PO or AP reserved Invoice.

Hi,

Restore Item Balance option is available in 8.8 Version, However I would recommend you not to run it without SAP Support approval.

You should check Note No. : 999124 and run the detect query for 8.8 Version and then raise the issue to SAP Support to get the issue investigated.

  Thanks for the caution. Though I would just like to know where in the module is the Restore Item balance located. Is the query attached in the SAP note also applicable on Ordered quantity?

    The note covers all usages of this tool. You should not run it on your own except if you only run from test environment.
