Instead of suppressing the field, suppress the section.
Go to Section Expert > Details Section > click on the formula button beside 'Suppress' and use your suppression logic here.

In Addition to Abhilash, you acn even try to "Suppress blank Sections" to achieve this.
Go to Section Expert --> Select the section --> Check Suppress Blank Section option.
Even you can write your suppression logic in the Conditional Suppress option of "Suppress Blank Section" X2.
