Hi,
the forum -
ERP HCM Payroll Spain
hasn't been migrated.
It's not listed in the Forum Mapping page and threads from the forum don't appear in 'Own Stuff' -> Content -> Discussion -> particaipated threads.
Regards
Kenny
Hi Kenny. We've found these:
http://scn.sap.com/community/erp/hcm/payroll-dach - this one is for payroll for Germany, Switz, Austria
http://scn.sap.com/community/spanish - these are all Spanish-language forums…maybe it’s in here?
Let me know if this helps. Thanks.
Dear Christina,
I am one of the moderators of the lost forum. Our forum was located together with the Spanish language forums in this section, but now it does not appear there. But I can see the other forums in this section!
The other from Germany is different, because it was located inside the HCM section (not our case for Spain).
Please help us as soon as possible!
Thank you
Hi Guillermo. I'm so sorry for all this confusion. I'm working on this and hope to discover your lost forum soon! I'll update you as soon as I hear something.
This is indeed an issue and we've opened a critical ticket SCNSBS-1559
Thanks for raising awareness!
I have no access to that ticket, could you please inform us here when it is solved?
Thank you!
Hi Guillermo,
Thanks for catching this. Unfortunately, it looks like this forum was missed in the migration. As Gali mentioned we've opened a request to create a space for ERP HCM Payroll Spain. Once it's been created you'll be able to find it under the "Comunidad SAP en Español (Spanish Language Community)"
Thanks for your understanding.
Christine
Dear colleagues,
I have just seen today that a new space with the name "SAP ERP Human Capital Management (Español)" has been created in the "Comunidad SAP en español" with no content.
Our original forum was called "ERP HCM Payroll Spain" because it was focused in the payroll side, it was not generally focused, but payroll focused. Is it possible to keep the previous name? And more important: will we have all the previous content recovered?
Thank you in advance for your help.
Guillermo
Hi again colleagues,
Any news on the availability for this solution and for having the old content migrated?
Thank you
Guillermo
Hi Guillermo. Sorry about all of this. I am waiting to hear an update. I will let you know as soon as I hear something. Thanks!
The name has been modified.
Hi colleagues,
Do we have any news on this? About the content of the forum?
We used this forum as a channel to inform our customers of legal changes for Spanish Payroll, but we do not want to start again until the previous content is there.
Now our customers are asking for the forum and are missing its updates..
Thank you
Regards,
Guillermo
Hi Guillermo,
The request is in the queue with our IT dept. I don't see a specific migration date but I suggest checking the space again next week. Sorry, I don't have more detailed info but pls be assured that the request is being treated with high priority.
Christine
Hi Christine,
Thanks for the information, but nothing new today...
Also I feared that my user might not have enough authorizations to moderate the space (before the migration I was the moderator of the forum) and I have created a new thread with name "test" with the idea to test the authorizations. I was right. I have no authorizations to lock/unlock threads (I did this for our legal change thread when I was moderator) and even I cannot delete now the test thread I created!!
Is this another isolated issue? Can I be granted with enough permissions and authorizations now so I can start from the same moment the other problem is solved and the old content is migrated? If not I am afraid that I will lose even some more days before I can recover this lost time and get back to customers...
Thank you in advance
Guillermo
Hi Guillermo,
I've got a question in to our IT team about when we can expect the forum to get migrated. As soon as I hear from them I will post here.
Regarding moderator permissions, please send a mail to scnmoderators@sap.com and provide your SCN ID and details on the requested change.
Christine
The old forum threads are scheduled to get migrated to the new space on Apr 10 (per our IT team).
Thanks for everyone's patience on this!
Hi colleagues, thanks for your efforts, unfortunatelly the forum content hasn't been migrated yet..
Thank you all!
This is now migrated.
