I've just updated the Forum Finder. The original mapping is correct even though it may seem a bit odd. The content owners of the CRM spaces decided they wanted to migrate the forums as follows:
CRM Webclient UI - Framework http://scn.sap.com/community/crm
CRM - General Questions http://scn.sap.com/community/crm/webclient-ui-framework

Yes, you are right that old WebUI questions were migrated to .../community/crm and old General Questions were moved to .../community/crm/webclient-ui-framework. I've just found out this.
But it's really, really strange to see questions like
in WebUI space.
And such ones for instance
How to make search view' field non editable in CRM WEB UI.
view smart form in HINDI language in SAP CRM WEB UI
in General Questions space.
Just wonder what is the clue for this?? 
And just want to hear the opinion of the content owners of the CRM spaces.

I've addressed this problem already in a Mail to Anne Fish and Stephen Johannes who do also Moderate the CRM Forums. We've got a mail in September from Patrick Flanders with the SCN Taxonomy Alignment. There the CRM - General Questions [126] Forum was mapped to the Main Space CRM and the CRM Webclient UI - Framework [292] Forum was mapped to the Subspace CRM Webclient UI - Framework. I've never agreed to something else. And I think it should be corrected this way.
The Posts now in CRM Webclient UI - Framework (http://scn.sap.com/community/crm/webclient-ui-framework) must be moved to CRM (http://scn.sap.com/community/crm) and visa versa. Hope that can be done Oliver Kohl. An that should be done as soon as possible to avoid a lot of manual movement work.

Thanks Gregor...I spoke with Anne today. We are working on a fix for this.
Is there any update to this? as it has been a couple of weeks. Still looks like the url are mis-directed.

No, no updates on the issue. I think that the vote is not necceary at all. Because as Gregor Wolf (as one of CRM content owners) stated above it must be moved to right places.
Perhaps we need any type of estimation from SCN team, don't we? Wonder what Patrick Flanders thinks about this?
We moved all the non-English forum links to the bottom of the document and added the language name to avoid confusion.
