Please see Share Your Knowledge in SCN Topic Spaces-> Create a Document
The submission system is no longer available (SAP employees only) so SCN users must create their documents using the online editor. But don't worry: its really easy to use and there's a convert to PDF option available in the action box after the document is published.
Try creating a new document and copying and pasting the contents. There's a remove format button in the toolbar (just above styles) that strips the HTML bare to the needful. You can also add a table of content using the insert function (double chevron button / >>).

- How tp paste screenshots of SAP screens in this document.
- Will there be any approval process? Will someone review my document...?
- Will SAP take note of this white paper?

Under the Actions section, you have 'Write a document'. Use this facility to create a document.
