Well... I've just answered my own question. In the Actions box (when viewing your blogs) there is a MOVE option. I tried that before and it didn't seem to do anything but now I know why. You must first FOLLOW some places. Once you FOLLOW a Place it then becomes available to MOVE to... ;-)
