direct call of web page composer sites in portal

Hello,

web sites created in web page composer can be called via short id:

http://<host:port>/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/docs/guid/500a2d1d-41bf-2d10-c3b3-89a92d4ec5ef

is it possible to call such site via a short name?

Are there differences in Portal 7.0 and Portal 7.3 as in Portal 7.3 the Area Management has been introduced?

I do not want to integrate this site in Iview, as in this case i think all navigation links will be shown,
