No Queues or BDocs formed at initial load

Hello,

I am trying to do an Initial load for the adapter object rebate_dnl_agr in CRM. But, there are no BDocs forming, nor are there any queues in any system. Also, there are no short dumps in any system. The status in R3AM1 is Running and block size 0.

I tried to deregister the queues in CRM, but that is also not working and the queues are getting registered automatically during this initial load. Is there any other way I can debug the initial load?

Please help!! It is urgent.

  But I am trying to download from ECC to CRM. Here I am not getting any queues or BDoc messages.

    I have tried to debug the Outbound queue of CRM, but not sure exactly where to look.
    Any clues??
