Is SCM IDES needs to integrate with ECC IDES to practice EWM component

To practice EWM component, Should I integrate both SAP systems (SCM 7.0 EHP1 IDES and ECC 6.0 IDES)?

I am thinking that i have to install both SCM 7.0 and ECC 7.0 SAP systems to work on EWM component. Am I correct? If I am wrong how best i can sort out this issue.

Please give me a suggestion. Finally requirement is that I have to practice EWM (Extended Wherehouse Management). I hope you understand my requirement. Please get back to me if you don't understand my question.

Hi Raj,
Please check the notes specified below.
1284758 - Implementation recommendations for SAP EWM 7.0
1173386 - Installation/Upgrade from SCMEWM 7.0 to ERP 6.0 EHP4;
The installation of SCMEWM is released for SAP ERP 6.0 EHP4
only.
SCMEWM is not released for installation on: SAP Netweaver, SAP
SCM, SAP CRM, SAP SRM.
1173566 - Installation/upgrade SCM_BASIS 700;
1033722 - Installation SCMEWM 510 on ECC 600;

  For a standalone system for your practice
  
  1) install SCM with EWM in local system
  2)install ECC6 in VM ware in you local pc .
  3)integrate both of them and you can start working.
