Have you checked the checkbox on the jobserver for supporting adapter and SNMP communication?
yes the checkbox is checked (no SNMP)
The first Job Server is also checked, I can have two ?

you can configure only one job server for managing adapters on a machine, I think you should get an error when you try to enable adapters for second jobserver if you already have first one managing adapters
