Crystal Report integration issue with IDM: Unhandled Error in DSERuntime - Exception:java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/crystaldecisions/sdk/occa/report/lib/ReportSDKException

Hi  Experts,

As per the document http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-4387 (SAP IDM Identity Center Implementation Guide Generating Reports using Crystal Reports).

I followed all steps and imported the sample report as well.

Now if I try to create sample report for MX_PERSON from UI, I get below error in the system log of the sample report "Create Report Sample".

Unhandled Error in DSERuntime - Exception:java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/crystaldecisions/sdk/occa/report/lib/ReportSDKException

Kindly assist in resolving this error ?
