      Hi

Don't no how much it will help,

      For Capacity Planning

you have to check Capacity Availability Setting in "Define Inspection Control" (OIOI)

Like No Check - should not be ticked.

Overall profile -  SAPPM_G013 PM: Capacity availability check >= 3.0D

Collect. conversion  - Here Select as per your requirement. (for eg.-3 No release if capacity is insufficient)

Then go to your work center there in Capacity Tab  at the bottom there is another Capacity Tab Icon, click on it

here maintain as per following  given as example

      Capacity planner grp- MNT

Factory calendar ID- as you defined

      Base unit of meas.- H

      Start - 09:00:00

      Finish -17:00:00

      Length of breaks- 01:00:00

      Capacity utilization - 100%

No. of indiv. cap.(for eg. No of People in this Work Center) - 1

      Capacity             7.00         H

      then save.

Here as per above example I have 1 WC which have 1 individual having cappacity of 7H.

One Maintenance order is created of 7 H, & released it.

Now again one maintenance order is created on same date & time having same timings

so when ever you go for releasing the  maintenance order then as per your config setting in OIOI,

it will give you message that for Order No.XXXXX WC with Over Load.
