HI! I am doing SAP BW Extraction, Transformation and Loading part in BI (Business Intelligence). I have activated DSO (Data Store Object). After moving to the Contents part, clicking "Active Data" button, I am not getting any active records. It is showing 0 active records. It must be 144,333 according to my workshop book. So tell me the solution.. I have attached screen shots of this error.. Till 104 number steps it is showing 144,333 loded data but after some steps in 111 number steps i am facing above problem.

Do you get any error message in activation of DSO?
What does the job log says?
Before activating, check the data in New table.
Also check how much data DTP is loading.

HI thanks for your reply. But your information was not useful. I have updated screen shots in my question. DTP has loaded 144,333 data loaded. It is mentioned in one of the above screen shots. The problem is, when we check active records in steps number 111 according to our BI material book, we are getting "0" active Records.
In the second screenshot you shared, the request is red. First rectify it and then try to activate the data.
What is the data flow to DSO?

goto RSA1--> DSO --> right click -> manage
here click on 'Request' tab and check what is the number in fields 'Transferred records' and 'Added Records'.
and check you got reporting symbol for that request, if you don't have reporting symbol then do the activation and check the data in active table

Are you sure that the same no. of records were loaded and activated as mentioned in your workshop book?. If your answer is 'yes',
1. Please check number of records loaded by your DTP/IP in the logs.
2. Check the DSO activation job status and its log.

1. Try to repeat the DSO Activation step, if you are loading as part of a process chain.
2. Try to re-activate the request manually, if it is not part of any process chain.
If the activation fails again, please check the job log and post the error message.

Check your request to know no. of records transfered and no.of records added into the DSO.
Check the DTP and IP .
