Would like to seek your advice please.
We have a request from one of our clients to install SAP BOE XI 3.1 SP4 on Windows platform with Oracle database.
As checked in SBOP EDGE BI, STANDARD PACKAGE (FOR SAP ERP) we're not able to find SBOP EDGE BI 3.1 SP4, STANDARD PACKAGE WINDOWS.
The available ones are in SP3 or SP5. Kindly see the attached imaged for details.
Appreciate your advice if SP4 are available for us to download, or if there's a base files for us to download and later on install any patches so that it will bring us to SP4 level.

You can Install BO XI3.1 Edge SP3 and then upgrade it with the SP4 in the web site there is it :

Here you are searchng about the BO XI3.1 Edge SP4 full build, but there isn't beacause there is just the SP3 and SP5 full build, the solution that I provide to you is to install the SP3 Full build and then install the SP4.

Aside from SBOP EDGE BI 3.1 SP3, STANDARD PACKAGE WINDOWS (32B) we'll be downloading and installing SBOP EDGE BI 3.1 SP3, CLIENT TOOLS WINDOWS (32B) and SBOP EDGE BI 3.1 SP3, FOR INTGR KITS WINDOWS (32B) .
Can we confirm that all the SP3 files need to be installed first, before we proceed to apply BOBJ Edge BI 3.1 SP4 for Server Components ?

You can install juste SP3 server files and then upgrade to SP4.

I would just like to clarify: In XI 3.1, the Client and Server tools are included in the server package. A different way of doing things than BI 4.0.
So on your server, you will want to install SP3 Server + Integration Kits (2 installers) completed with SP4 patching.
For future reference, the reason you did not find the patch is because you looked at the "Install and Upgrade" section of the website, which contains Full Build Installs.
When searching for Patches, you need to go to the "Support Packages and Patches" section.
