Hi,
Generally, when the error "Asset incomplete and has to be completed" is displayed check the asset listed in the report of T-code AUVA and in T-code AW01N.
There is another error behind. It could be for example AA 669. You will find such error message in AW01N.
With the report RAUNVA00 (T-code AUVA) you can identify the cause of the incomplete asset. The report will show all the incomplete assets for a company and it will identify for example the field which is causing the asset to be incomplete. By double-clicking on the line for an incomplete asset,you can access master data maintenance.

Could you please check if you have any depreciation pending in the closed year? (execute AFAB in restart mode) also ASKBN.

There was some issue with asset master... after correction, we run again depreciation in restart mode thru AFAB tcode..
After that try to run Tcode AJAB for asset year end closing but not succeed...please look at below screen...
Now please guide...

You are running a Test Run in AJAB. In this system will list out any error occur during year end closing.
Please Uncheck the Test run Check box then run this program in background.
Then execute SM37 and press execute. there you will see a job name 'RAJABS00'. open then Spool. there you will see that Year close carried out.
Then Check OAAQ.

After run in background - Close carried out showing value Yes...
But in tcode OAAQ, closed fiscal year is showing 2008 inplace of 2009...

As Guneetinder singh told, you have to got o sm37 and check the error logs , from that you can identify the problem.
One possible problem may be the negative value with the asset. If it is negative value, go to the particular asset master, on depreciation tab double click on depreciation key. One screen will popup, and there you need to tick negative value allowed field. If negative value allowed field is not visible, you have to edit screen layout rule.
There is not any error, which showing in spool...please look and guide further...
After tcode AJRW, we are trying to open new asset period thru AJAB .... But as per spool showing - Close fiscal year 2009 for company code XXXX first...Ever after successful year closing for 2009..
In OAAQ tcode, year 2008 is showing...As already discussed, we have closed till Year 2009 but not updated in OAAQ tcode...

That was my mistake... sorry for that...for year 2009 closing year, this screen was showing in sp02..
i.e. the screen shot is for AJRW and you still need to carry AJAB.
You have closed your asset FY please close the ticket also as it is solved.
As above Screen shot suggests.
