The problem normally happened when the infoprovider 'HSD_C04' is NOT
available in the data loading, but still have active update rules are
considered in the scheduler.
Can you please check is this infoprovider avaiable in RSA1 T-code.
if not then check this info provider avaiable in table RSUPDINFO.
If these rules are no needed then you can delete with the help of below function module 'RSAU_UPDR_DELETE.

I did workaround,i created HSD_C04 cube ,based on SD_C03 and upload the data,and it works
