Issue is due to instance not updated in solman system of Portal system.
Prerequest step:
1. check in SM50 - RFC SAP-OSS and SAP-OSS-LIST-O01 working .
2. goto t.code- LVSM_LOAD scedule the job.
Once complete the prerequest follow the below document steps

I've checked the two RFCs on sm59 and they are working properly but i wasn't able to find the transaction LVSM_LOAD.

It sounds like the java component of your Solman 7.1 system isn't correctly assigned in SMSY. Under your SMN product system definition, you should have "Solution Manager JAVA Stack" defined against an SMN Java technical system in which all of the software components are known.

the Java Component is assigned in SMSY and contains all the software component.
i tried assigning it manually,but the same issue in SOLMAN_SETUP keep popping.

After added the java system in SMSY, it come under Technical system -> java
So need to select the product of the techical system and assigned product using below steps.
In solman system goto solman_setup -> managed system configuration -> select SMN system -> select configure system -> open new window
1.Select product -> it show green status?

please check it. if it show red, assign the product of the techical system (using display techical system software) and assigned product ( using Goto Landscape verfication tool).

Hi Karthik.
I tried what you proposed,but in the Configure system step for my java stack,there's an issue with the "Check prerequisites" step stating that "the System doesn't fulfill the Diagnostics prerequisites"
what more can i do??

PLease update the SAP Host agent on the system where you are running the managed system wizard.
In windows by default C:\ProgramFIles\SAP\saphostctrl\exe.
PLease tell me what is the patch level of any exe in this folder.
PLease overwite these exe's with latest one in market place and try.

Dear Arun Kumar,
i've checked the SAP Host agent patch level using the command :
saphostctrl.exe -function ExecuteOperation -name versioninfo
and i got 104 for Patch Level,we already applied the latest one on the marketplace.
any other suggestions??!!
