Email to HR by using Workflow WS12300111 in ESS/MSS

   In the workflow add one condition type  there you check the leave type. Then it is you send mail to your desire user based on leave type

May be you can try to take a copy of the standard report RPTARQEMAIL and do the needed changes and try to schedule this report, instead of try to chnage the workflow...

I see this as more flexible way because if you go on adding steps to the leave workflow it becomes hard job to maintain.. also if you make use of this report then apart from the filter condition in future let say if you want to include more leave types then it even an ABAP developer ca also handle..

Hi,

I have similar problem:

I have 2 cases:

1) Leave request to be approved by Manager.

2) Leave Reqest Auto Approval.

For Top Mgt employees Leave Request is Auto Approved after applying in ESS

I will have to implement the Email notifications separately to Scenario 1 and 2 as the notification content is different to each other. (In 2 Manager need not to goto UWL to approve leave as it is auto approval)

How can I do  it? Could you please help me?
