We are using CR Server 2008 and all of the sudden CMC and Infoview applications will not respond. Both are IE based programs, and the status bar across the bottom of the window just sits. I can ping this server from another network device, this server can also acces other Internet sites. I ran the diagnostic tool and both the Web Intelligence Functionality and Info View test Fail, all others pass. All servers in the CCM show to be enabled and running. I am able to create and run an existing report from Crystal Reports 2008 client version on my desktop without any problems. We currently have multiple reports that are scheduled on the server and they continue to run daily without problems or errors.
