"Stop Tracking" button does not seem to work.

After clicking the "Track in Communications" button, it then changes to "Stop Tracking". When clicking on the "Stop Tracking" button, nothing seems to happen, and it appears that I am still tracking content which I do not want to. It appears that the "Stop Tracking" button does not work in multiple places. First, when clicking it in a space, it does nothing. Then in the communications section, I try to "Stop tracking" each individual item, and it still does nothing.

    Turn off your email notifications in your user profile. Then just track via Communications once or twice a day or whatever frequency works for you.

Hi Rich,

we fixed the issue with our CDN so now it should also work with a US proxy.

  How long after "unfollowing" someone does it take for emails to stop being sent? I am still receiving emails from a person I unfollowed about 15 minutes ago.

      Yes, still getting multiple emails per day despite having unfollowed the person.

  I can assure you that this specific bug has been fixed a long time ago. Maybe you try to explain what you concrete issue is using concrete examples so that we can look into it. Best is to create a new discussion for this.

    thanks for your feedback.
    I've started to follow the space "Process Integration (PI) & SOA Middleware" and then I've unfollowed it because I've received items from all the discussions taking place.
    But even after unfollowing the space the items keep coming.
    Thereafter I've adjusted the settings like described here:

    But even when turning off all the radio buttons I'm still being floaded with discussions messages.
    
    What do I have to do in order to really turn them off?

      what is the action widget on the space overview page saying? Have you enabled email notifications?
      
      You find it on the landing page of the space.
