I think you would need to reach out to SAP to get an extension ot probably a new one.
Your SAP Partner Manager should be able to help you out.

As I know it's possible to request "sneak preview" license for SAP NW 7.0. Do you know if SAP has something like this for NW 7.3?
I installed NW 7.3 just for local tests of my developments, not for productive using.

Have you tried the following to get a key

This should provide you the facility to get a license for 7.3 DW..
