Scaling

i have to maintain price for sales order in this way,

per day quantity*number days in the month*price*percentage.

here scale is there for quantity if quantity is

1-999 percentage is 20%

1000-1999 percentage is 30%

2000 above percentage is 40%

provide me the solution for this to maintain pricing.
