In My NWDS CE 7.3, i have added System Instance/Number and i able to deploy the WD application but i am unable see the System Instance/Number details after add. Please find the screenshot for your reference.

I face the same problem,
I find the solution by myself,
The problem is when New version NW setting the Sap AS Java.
It requested the username/ password.
but it doesn't popup the dialog and ask you to input.
So It's my way to solved it.
Use sap management console perspective to add the server setting first,
and it will ask the username/password to access the server.
after you set it up .
You will see the SID at Sap AS java .

In the Management Console I'm being asked for OS Admin user, not just a developer or Portal admin account. I think that not having the system added and having to go through the Management Console to add the user there is a bug that SAP needs to have fixed.
This is the third thread that I'm reading and it's not what the developers need.
