BSP error when login to SRM SUS in internet.

Dear Experts,

We have following BSP error when log in to SRM portal in internet.

BSP exception: Access to page default.htm requires HTTPS. HTTPS has not been configured on this server, we get the login page and after putting the ID and password following error observed, we did not face this issue in LAN but when vendor is trying at Internet facing this issue.

Some of the users in Internet did not get this issue, it is happening for only few people, we tried to keep the same IE settings and proxy settings.. still could not solve this issue.

I found couple of blogs, they are related to server settings, but we do not have issue from server side as it works in LAN and with some other users, it is related to machine settings i believe.
