How to perform WM cycle count with Open TO

Hello Experts,

Could you recommend a solution to run WM cycle  count with Open TO's? My client has a production facility that runs 24/7 and a TO is created during confirmation. I am not able to perform cycle count in WM if there is an open TO.

Thank you,

    Hi Binu,

You cannot activate a cycle count document against a bin that has open Transfer Orders. Dynamic Cycle Counting (DCC) could be a better solution for a facility that operates 24/7. Please find the details in the link below.

DCC enhances the previous inventory counting functionality by enabling you to count physical inventory at storage bin and quant level during the performance of normal warehouse operations, and allowing the creation of inventory documents when open transfer orders (unconfirmed picks and putaways) exist for a bin. This ensures continued warehouse operations and facilitates cycle counts during peak activity periods.

    Reward if helpful.
