Sales order in "To be distributed" status forever

Hi,

When ever a transaction is created in CRM it get replicated to ECC system and in response to it there is status data get flow from ECC to CRM. Once this complete set of data is flowed between these two system then document status become 'Distributed Successfully" if this process is stuck in mid way the status become "To Be Distributed"

While executing report "CRM_CHECK_DISTRIBUTION_STATUS" there is one check box "P_CHECK" execute report by unchecking this check box.

Following are some of the are which you can check for document status

• Verify whether delta load is activated OR not in CRM against the transaction in “R3AC4” transaction. In “R3AC4” it should have one entry with object class “BUSPROCESSND”.
• Verify the connection between ECC to CRM whether it is working OR not.
• When ever transaction are replicated to ECC with response to it BDoc get created in CRM System. In response to these transaction some kind of status data is send from ECC to CRM again in form of BDoc. These BDoc status is in “Green” but it contain the error detail if it has some thing related to replication
• In CRM Queue verify is there any queue in pending / error state
• In CRM under table “SMOFPARSFA” please verify what scenario is activated for sales / service order transaction. Scenario for sales / service order transaction are define against the parameter name “INT_CHANGE_ORDER” . There are some scenario in which it does not allow any status updation from ECC to CRM which can be one of the issue.
• In ECC verify the “Incompletion Log” means is there any field in ECC which is marked as mandatory and it data is not getting pass from CRM. In such case either pass the field from CRM system OR for temporary check remove the incompletion log and verify the replication once again
