Hi , In Aerospace and defense solution we are able to send equipment to external vendor by subcontracting process . My query is can we do same scenario in ECC6.0 EPH4 without activating DIMP industry solution.

No, its not possible. Some of the features has been added to some business functions. Without activating them, the process can't be used.

Hello,

As mentioned above, Business Functions LOG_EAM_ROTSUB (EHP4) and LOG_MM_SERNO (EHP4) must be activated in SFW5 and DIMP 6.0 must be installed for subcontracting.
