Error during initial Configuration - cloud connector

Hi,

I have installed cloud connector available from service market place. But during initial configuration, I get a error -

Unable to save HTTP proxy: Cannot run program "/usr/local/vl/base/bin/appliance-config": java.io.IOException: error=2, No such file or directory

I am not using an HTTP/S proxy. Also I could not locate this program /usr/local/vl/base/bin/appliance-config in the file system.

Any pointers on what might be going wrong ?

Hi Akhil,

which archive of Cloud connector did you install? The latest one is 1.0.0 which is contained in archive sapcc10SP00P_3-10011098.zip. It seems that parts of the installation have not been sucessful. Can you please execute the following commands:
rpm -q AccAD_CFE_ODOP
rpm -q com.sap.scc-ui
rpm -q com.sap.scc-plugin-library
The output of them would be helpful.

  Thanks Markus. yes, you are correct installation has issues. I am re-installing it. A question though. In market place available archive is for SLES. Are there plans for Redhat and other distributions ?

    For the time being the SLES version is the only one. In case there are plans for other platforms this will be announced in an approriate manner.
