We have a E-Commerce landscape with CRM 7.0 that is integrated with ECC 6.0
When we create orders on web shop, they are replicated to ECC with the Order status as open (E0002). We get the confimation message (via BDoc) from ECC that also has the order status as Open (E0002).
When we complete the follow up delivery of this order in ECC, the status of the order in ECC changes to Being Processed. But the BDoc we receive in the CRM still has the status Open (E0002) instead of the status In Process (E0003) or Completed (E0004).
Can you please share your views on this behaviour. Can you also point out, if possible, at what exact point and how does the order status is communicated from ECC to CRM.
