How to track what changes and in which component / element were done in a particular query in query designer

Hello,

In query designer, I can get the changes done as when and by whom in standaard table RSZCOMPDIR.

I want to check what changes and in which component / element were done by the last changed person in a particular query.

In which table can I check this, or is there anything else where I can check these details?

Can anbody please help me out with this?
