We are in CRM 7.0 EHP1.
In SDN SAP DOT COM/DOCS/DOC-5334 demo, we are seeing the possibility of implementing the duplication check during creation of contact in Interaction center.
I hope this will be standard delivered functionalitity and if any body, implemented this, pl share the details.
