Hi everyone..

I am an IT executive have just started my job regarding SAP & IT services ..

I have to complete a project regarding the Incident and problem management on Remedy tool in Area of BIIP and MDM.

during gathering information from internet i get confused about the term SAP BI,SAP BW SAP BIIP and also interconnection of these Module.

Please tell me the diffrence between above terms..

And i want to know more and clear information about SAP BIIP and SAP MDM.

and also tell me the some example of Incident and problems in the area of SAP BIIP and SAP MDM.

SAP BIIP AND SAP MDM both are different modules in sap .

1 SAP BIIP ( BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE INTEGRATING PLANNING ) . ITS FOR DATA LOAD PLANNING PURPOSE .

2 SAP MDM ( MASTER DATA MANAGEMENT) : ITS FOR HISTORICAL DATA STORAGE PURPOSE .
