Text object position is incorrect

My Text object position in Crystal Report on web application is incorrect when showing in browser

this my form in VS 2010

and this's review on VS

but when test run on browser, text object position is incorrect

when print or export file text object is correct like in review

in windows application, text object position is correct

it happen on web application only

viewer on browser has bug?

how to fix it?

my crystal report version is CRforVS 13.0.4 and CR redist 13.0.4 64bit

my notebook for programing is windows 7

my server is windows server 2008 r2 and CR redist 13.0.4 64bit
