How to restrict other payroll area's employees, when we entred payroll area in payroll period box only and not in selection box.

Dear All,

 

I have a query.

 

How to restrict other payroll area's employees, when we entered payroll area in payroll period box only and not in selection box? Because in selection box

payroll area is not mandatory.

 

We have 7 payroll areas and different payroll administrator will execute it separately. But when any one administrator is running payroll he/she can see all other payroll areas employees also.
