Thanks. As suggested by you, I opened the file and found the contents. Also I would like to inform you that the issue is now resolved using your steps.
However, I have another issue. When i want to activate the Funds Management for the company code 1000 ( AA Derivation and Update control), the system comes up with the message "Read only access" error message no. SV044. This transaction comes up in Display only.

- Se11
- Enter Table Name FMISPS
-> Change
- choose: Utilities -> Table Maintenance Generator
- Choose: Environment u2013> Modification -> Events
- Delete Entry u201EZ_LEAVEu201C

I guess you're using Internet Explorer 7 ?
If so, try to modify the Internet Options => "Advance" tab => "Browsing" section
and turn off the "Enable third-party browser extensions*".

I have tried right now and I was able to open the file....can you please try again (click on the file name and not on the 'Word file icon', and see if it gets opened)

Iu2019m using Internal Explorer 6. But I already turn off the u201CEnable third-party browser extensions*u201D and restarted my computer.
When I open this file by click on the file name u201Czz003.docu201D then click u201COpenu201D, it still blank.

- Enter Table Name FMISPS
-> Change
