To adjust the size of the logo, I believe you need to reduce the size of window.
To adjust the size of font, you need to adjust in pragraph formats & character formats in SMARTSTYLES t-code.
If the changes are not reflecting in the printout means, the printer you are using is not supporting the font style you are using.
Pls try with some other font style & size and then check.

Make sure that your SMARTSTYLE is activated and then assign the smartstyle the font will definetely change if not it may be a printer issue.
For reducing the logo size you jus tneed to create a logo of your required size , upload it in SE78 transaction and insert it in SMARTFORM. You can reduce the display size by just adjust the window size in the layout.

It is not possible to change the size of Logo by adjusting the size of Font.
If you want to change the size of logo you must change the window size or adjust the resolution of Graphic node.

Logo size can be reduced by resolution.
To reduce the font size,Adjust the font size in smartstyles in paragraph and character format and activate the style.
Declare the style in output options in the form.
