a manual fix for this might be if you supress the text in the chart. and create a trasnparent form with HTML text with the text you need and arrange it in a fashion in which it looks like its the title
this might fix it? please let me know and we can look at other options
The labels number and text is dynamic.
So here you can pass the values for the number and text as a expression in the trasnparent form making it dynamic
and what about the locations of those lables
