I have Periodic billing plan at header and Item level for a service contract. * All the parameters of Billing Plan are same* When I update the price in conditions the billing schedule lines at Item level gets updated, but Header level it is not getting updated even though Header check box at item level is checked. It's not happening when I have only single line item or Multiple Line Items at Item level of the service contract. Can any body suggest me is it standard or inorder to achieve this do we need to do any enhancement.
I also would like to ask you, If I have periodic billing plan at header and Milestone at Item level what happens? what are the things I should take precations
