WBS Element (0CRM_MKTELE) is not updating for some elements in 0CRM_C01

Dear Experts,

The entries for Info object:0CRM_MKTELE(WBS Element) are missing for some marketing elements in BW transactional cube 0CRM_C01.

Due to this,these elements budget is not retracting to ECC

For other elements, the entry is available and hence that data is suceessfully retracting.

The master data for 0crm_mktelm, 0crm_mktele(WBS element) is updating with out any error.

The data to this Transactional Info cube will come when the budget is saved by the business users for the marketing elements in CRM server.

Please let me know is there any thing needs to be checked specifc to this kind of issue.

as the planning cube gets the data real time from CRM to BW ,How to check the data updation to this cube.

Please share your ideas on this.

Hi,
Is there any compounding char that is required for with this WBS element whcih you are missing while saving the data into the cube ??
Also check the master data that is present for it. The data that is entered should be of same data type.

In info-object you tend to have conversion routines but while entering the data from into the cube, the data is not of the type that is expected.

Hi,
You can create a rule for transformation where all the wbs elements needs to be filled by the corresponding CRM -info object ,also interact with buisness to understand why they are leaving this field as blank,if required you can also chenge the retraction format where wbs element is blank or with value record.
